ARMED FORCES DAY CELEBRATION in North Berwick at 1 p.m. Dedication of bridge on Rt. 9 to the Veterans followed by the raising of the Silver Star Flag for the War wounded and ill Veterans and concluded with a tribute to the War Veterans who died in service to their country at the Legion Hall. If it rains the event will be held at the North Berwick Legion Post 87 at the corner of Market and Main Streets. FMI call Janet Hooke at 206-651-4068.
